各項費用明細：

第一項收費：Payoneer萬事達預付卡的年費為29.95美元，每年收一次；
第二項收費：美國銀行賬戶轉賬金額的1% ，每筆進賬都收；
第三項收費：使用Payoneer萬事達卡內的資金時；
A: POS機消費：免費（每筆消費Payoneer不收取費用）；
B:ATM 取現：每筆取現為3.15美元，在中國取人民幣時，還有會不高於3%的匯率損失；
　　使用P卡做非美元交易時，這塊收費是最有爭議的，因為涉及到匯率轉換的問題。

Payoneer卡收費標準

1. 轉賬到全球210個國家的當地銀行賬戶，收取2%的手續費；
2. ATM取款機直接取人民幣（每天最多2500美金，每筆Payoneer取款收取3.15美金的固定費用)；
3. 超市商場消費（每天最多2500美金，Payoneer不收手續費）；
4. 根據合作聯盟的不同，以上費用都有所不同。

當地銀行轉賬服務

高效的收款方式。
Payoneer 電匯轉賬服務已在全球210個國家開通（包括中國），1-5個工作日便可進入到您當地銀行的賬戶內，轉帳收取2%的費用。從Payoneer萬事達預付卡轉帳到國內銀行賬戶，包括小額轉款和大額轉款。
小額轉款（2-7個工作日）只需自己在Payoneer後台操作，單筆最低轉帳金額為500刀、最高9500刀（這也是每天轉帳上限），每月10次上限；
大額轉款（2-10個工作日）需人工協助，單筆轉款2萬（最好是3萬）美元起，在Payoneer後台提交國內銀行信息後，請發申請郵件到Payoneer官方，告知具體的轉款金額、到賬貨幣和收款賬戶後四位數。
